Collecting tips around the best to see in the city since he was young, our Head Concierge Filippo Bollani is ready to share these with our guests. With centuries of culture, and beautiful lagoons surrounding you, in Venice it's easy to be inspired.

Visit Murano to see the master glassblowers who produced the beautiful chandeliers in the grand lobby of Hotel Danieli, still today one of the city's most important traditions. See the untouched landscapes of Torcello, or visit the fresh fish market of Chioggia for a taste of one of the main ingredients of Venetian cuisine.

Murano glass lamp

On the island of Murano, today the traditions of glass-blowing are still there to be seen. Pick up a piece of beautiful glass as a memory of the stunning chandeliers adorning the ceilings of the magnificent Hotel Danieli palaces.

Venice from above

Explore the lagoons
Take a boat and discover the lagoons of Venice. Explore the wonderful ecosystems of the lagoons home to a large variety of fish and birds, and experience the beautiful nature of Torcello island. Untouched landscapes recall how the lagoon looked before Venice was built.

Golf course

Relax with a round of golf at Circolo Golf Venezia on the Lido island. Built in 1928, the course has 18 holes and there is even an antique fort. It was built by Count Volpi di Misurata, then president of Ciga, the company from which The Luxury Collection traces its heritage.
